BRAVE Collection Giveaway Official Rules
By entering into this Giveaway, I accept the terms and conditions outlined in these Official Rules. I confirm I am at least 13 years old. By entering the Giveaway, I agree to sign up to receive newsletters and special offers from BRAVE Books. The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Eligibility
The Entire Brave Collection Giveaway is open to anyone who is at least thirteen (13) years of age in the United States of America and has a valid email address. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by BRAVE Books LLC, which is responsible for operating the Giveaway.
Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Giveaway, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 am CST on Friday, January 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59 pm CST on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. The Giveaway will end on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm CST.
How to Enter via Online Purchase
Internet access required*. During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every eligible purchase made online at the Sponsor’s designated website (the “Website”). If a purchase is returned prior to the drawing, entries associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are subject to the Sponsor’s return policy.
Your purchase transaction must be received by 11:59:59 PM CST on March 31, 2026, and must include your consent to be entered to be eligible to receive entries via a purchase in this Promotion. There is no limit on the number of entries received with a purchase and entrant’s consent.
During the Promotion Period, the entrant will also have the opportunity to opt-in to receive further email communications from the Sponsor. Entrants are not required to opt-in for this service to participate in this Promotion and opting-in will not increase your chances of winning. If an Entrant chooses to opt-in, the Entrant thereby grants the Sponsor permission to send future communications regarding services, incentives, offers, promotions, or other messaging related to the Sponsor’s services and products. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
How to Enter for Free
During the Entry Period, you may visit the Sponsor’s free entry page and complete the entry form. By entering your email address and phone number, you will receive one (1) entry to win. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
By entering the Giveaway in accordance with the entry process described above, you will be registering to receive email communication from BRAVE Books LLC.
Entry Multiplier Offers
Throughout the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may (but is not required to) offer opportunities to increase the number of entries earned by a multiplier, including but not limited to (2X), (5X), (10X), (20X), (30X), or (40X) (each an “Entry Multiplier”). When an Entry Multiplier is offered, entries will be multiplied by the applicable Entry Multiplier.
For example, a purchase during a 10X Entry Multiplier offer will earn ten (10) entries (1 × 10 = 10). Timing for Entry Multiplier offers will be determined solely by the Sponsor and may be announced on the Sponsor’s Website and/or official social media channels.
Drawing
After the Entry Period, BRAVE Books will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
Results
Results will be posted on BRAVE Books’ official social media channels following the conclusion of the Entry Period.
Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners
The Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners within one (1) business day of the drawing via email or SMS. If a potential winner does not respond within two (2) calendar days after notification is sent, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from all remaining eligible entries.
If a potential winner fails to sign and return any required documentation within the specified time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected.
Prizes
One (1) winner will receive 5 Brave Treasure Boxes, which includes 52 Freedom Island Books, 4 collectible maps, 5 sticker sheets, 10 puzzles, 5 activity books, 2 sets of conversation cards, 2 sets of magnets, and 8 extra Freedom Island-themed items.
Value of Prize
Grand Prize total approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,250 USD.
General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules, or (b) award the prize(s) at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, the prize providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect Damages.
Privacy and Use of Information Submitted; Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Giveaway will be used for purposes of this Giveaway and treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as otherwise outlined in these Official Rules. Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes an entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Use of Entrant Information: By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor will use Entrant’s information, including, without limitation, your e-mail address, for general solicitation, marketing, or other business or promotional activities in connection with the services and products provided by Sponsor. You may at any time revoke the use of such information by providing written notice to the Sponsor by responding to a marketing email using the unsubscribe link provided in the email. Please note that your opt-out preference will apply to marketing communication and may not apply to transactional communication including those associated with your entry.
Third-Party Platforms: If this Giveaway is hosted, administered, or operated on a third party platform, including without limitation a social media platform (e.g. Facebook or Twitter) (“Third Party Platform”), then by participating in this Giveaway, entrants hereby release and agree to comply with all rules and policies set forth by such Third Party Platform and to hold harmless such Third Party Platform from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prizes or participation in any prize-related activities. Unless otherwise stated to the contrary in these Official Rules, this Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any Third Party Platform.
